Featuring a huge silent auction and a special curated live auction, the annual meeting is the most anticipated event of the year.  

This year it will be in the Moanahoku Hall at the Imiloa Astronomy Center.  Enjoy a stroll around the center's extensive native plant garden before the event starts.

Dinner will be catered by the popular White Guava Cafe. Choose from a vegetarian curry or chicken teriyaki entree.  Side dishes include rice, mac salad, fruit salad and a special green salad with hearts of palm from Wailea Agricultural Group.  Haupia Okinawan Dessert Squares are for dessert.

No where else can you find the incredible selection of rare and beautiful palms from some of Hawaii's best growers. Please join us for an evening of fun and good hearted competitive bidding, proceeds fund the society's activities and projects throughout the year. 

Attendance is limited to 120 people, we ask that members limit the number in their party to the primary member, secondary member, and 2 additional people.  When registering, please add all people other than yourself as guests.
